2017 to 2020 — freelance

I made the leap to Hawaii, where I freelanced remotely, crafting brand stories, developing internal tools, and designing UX systems for startups and companies in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
Interaction design, visual design, research

Impact
Quality for validation, employee satisfaction and productivity

Uber

I collaborated with the first platform designer to create a library of common components used by the design teams, so teams could build more quickly. We audited patterns across the entire design ecosystem. The library of common components allowed for a more streamlined design process and ensured consistency across all all products.

Scalable workflow and system, employee satisfaction and productivity

2020 to today

LinkedIn

Currently, I’m on a Trust and Safety team, designing experiences and frameworks to keep members safe.
